Jim D’Amico is the General Counsel of Heniff where he leads the legal department for the Company and its affiliates, which also covers insurance and regulatory matters.  In addition to being a licensed attorney, he is also a certified public accountant.  Jim served as outside counsel for the Company from 1998 until he joined as General Counsel in 2010.   Prior to joining Heniff, he maintained a general practice law firm for 25 years.
